Mrs. Cindy Fox
Cindy Fox is the Coordinator of Curriculum, Assessment & Instructional Systems at Vibrant Minds Charter School.
With more than 20 years of experience in education in the U.S. and international schools in Hong Kong, Cindy brings a broad perspective to instructional leadership. She has taught Grades 1–6 and held a variety of teaching, coaching, and leadership roles throughout her career.
At Vibrant Minds, Cindy supports the alignment of curriculum, assessment, and instructional systems across grade levels. Her work includes supporting teachers through professional learning and collaborative inquiry, strengthening the use of assessment and data to inform instruction, and coordinating the school’s Teacher Residency Program. She also continues to mentor developing educators through the teacher induction program.
In 2021, Cindy was named one of Orange County Parenting Magazine’s Top 25 Teachers.
Cindy is passionate about building meaningful systems that help educators grow and scholars thrive, with a focus on responsive curriculum, thoughtful use of assessment, mentorship, and reflective practice.
