Mrs. Elizabeth (Lizzy) Aldama
Hi! My name is Lizzy Aldama, and I am so excited to be part of the second-grade team this year! This is my fourth year working in second grade, and I couldn’t be happier to be here. After taking time off to stay home with my two boys, I found my way back into the classroom as an Instructional Assistant, where I discovered my love for education. That experience inspired me to join the residency program, which I completed with Ms. G last year.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in Biological Science from Cal State Fullerton and later received my teaching credential from Biola University. Growing up in Anaheim, it feels extra special to now teach in the community that helped shape who I am.
A little about me: I’m a mom to two energetic boys, ages 10 and 12, and you’ll often find me cheering them on at baseball and soccer games. When I have some free time, I love reading, cooking, hiking with my family, and enjoying a good cup of coffee.
I can’t wait to learn and grow alongside my students this year!
